The Might of Staghelm

“Well, it has been nearly a month since I joined The Might of Staghelm. I joined because they needed a fine tuned engineer like myself, and being a Gnomeregan Steamwarrior is a plus as well. My comrades that fight with me side by side have held honor and passion as we pursue the vile Horde, but I cannot break my will to hack a child with my axe, even if it is a Horde child. Now, do let me explain why I come to this point if anyone finds these records. The Might of Staghelm has launched open war with The Sunguard, a regiment of blood elves who fight to protect their lands and Silvermoon. Our leader Ashamal Shala’aman wants us to destroy the blood elves from their roots. Roots meaning their children. I will not kill a child! And if I see any of my comrades try to kill a child I will gladly fight and die for that innocent child.

If we kill children we are no better then the savage Horde! We are men and women of honor and courage, I will not kill a innocent. I fear that the battle to come might be the breaking point for a few of our soilders, I can’t believe the Elder wants us to do this. What am I suppose to do, dismantle the Might from its core and be hunted by the remaining few. Yeah right! I guess I have to do what I must, and that might be killing my own comrades in the heat of war.”
